I highly recommend Tulio to help homeowners Sell their home .My senior adult aged parents Needed to sell their home,There are so many vulture realtors out there waiting to take advantage of older couples who want to sell their life long investment and aren’t willing to show patience and go to any extra trouble to help them navigate through the process. Tulio truly did , and it closed and they are very grateful for his knowledge and patience throughout the whole process!!!
Kelly was beyond helpful in finding me a new place. Showed me multiple options all over the area until I found the perfect fit. After my move, Kelly sold my old place the day the sign went up. She also kept me sane during the entire buying and selling process. Highly recommend!
We were first time home buyers and meet Kelly at an open house, she always responded back to all of my questions, she was always on time, she pushed the bank when they wouldn’t answer our questions, she really made everything so easy. She was awesome and we love our house, it is life changing.
