My grandfather is a non covid patient at Whittier Hospital Medical Center. They are not allowing visitors to see him even though he is end of life. Administrators please help me, your nurse supervisor, Diana, isn't coming out to update us after she said she would come and what she is saying is against your own policies. She stated that my Aunt who called 911 yesterday saw him before they put him in the ambulance so she "doesn't need to say goodbye". Today I’m being discharged, after 5 days. I had major surgery and the staff was so wonderful to me and my husband, they let him stay with me and I had my own room. The nurses spoiled me, took great care of me, the CNAs were very attentive too! Dr. Purdom is knowledgeable, caring and amazing! Everyone is very friendly from the security guards to housekeeping... what a blessing to have this Hospital so close to home too! Thank you so much for all you do.
they were very helpful and fast with the service, but the doctor over prescribed me with medication.

I was a patient at Whittier Hospital from last Thursday till yesterday. The nurses , doctors, staff and everyone there are truly incredibly nice, compassionate and professional. They really took care of me. And for that I’m grateful.
Horrible wait time in Emergency my husband in here in pain kept telling nurses for help only one male muse really cared for him only 1 doctor on staff for this night to realize he does have a fever of 104 never again will we come this place is a nightmare no team work from nursing staff never ever again
