Everyone one who took care of me from the emergency room, my nurses, X-ray, nuclear medicine, hematology and everyone on in between were great. Thank you for taking care of me with a smile!!!!
Very nice attention from Dr's and nurses, it took us 4 hours from start to finish but it was so worth it to get my son healthy breathing again due to asthma attack and he's inhalers were not working. I hope people only use the ER for that "an emergency" I could hear people complaining from knee pain, sore throat and other non emergency situations because when they were ask for their pain level they will respond 1 or 2. There's people that really have an emergency and have to wait hours to be seen.
I had an EGD there. The RN that got me ready was a real pleasure. Her name is Ingrid. Treated me like family but never lost her professionalism. I didn't care for the nurse who tried to start my IV. She has little patience and was real short with me. I believe she behaved that way because she could not get my IV in. She pulled and twisted my flesh and asked me to keep it that way. Best hospital ever came into the e.r and they took special care of me and the wait wasnt long at all was so quick in and out. Lets just say they get things done and they care. The nurses and doctors and my ultrasound people where the best! Couldn't ask for more better people to look out for me! � e.r was so clean it wasnt like other e.r ive been to!
My dad is in the hospital now. His neighbor in the next bed is annoying they make to much noise even in the night time.They gave him a sleeping pill yet this guy wouldn't be quiet. We ask if the guy can be moved to another room they don't have any there full. So my dad loses sleep, and no one will do anything about it. he was in ICU unit was great Ruby was excellent.
My dad is currently hospitalized there, and all I have is praise for the nursing staff that tended to him. Thank you Ruby in ICU, and Kevin on the 2nd floor.
Great service took their time with my daughters made them feel better.
