They need to have more people that speak Spanish and when you ask a nurse a question to answer you and do not brush you off you are there because you are sick you are not there just for the fun of it

Where to start. I have not been a patient in any hospital since I was 11years old and my experience here has been wonderful, all the staff from the ER receptionist to the triage RN, to the entire staff here have just been amazing. They have been very attentive to my needs and going above and beyond they duties to make sure I am not in pain and my wound is well taken care of. I went in the er with severe back pain. I got 5 vials of blood taken for "pregnancy " the tech said. Then my urine for pregnancy again , according to the nurse. Then finally a damn xray was taken. Dr finally came to see me and told me it was all muscle and she'll give me ibuprofen. If I wanted that weak shit I would of gone to cvs instead. Horrible place! Waste of time.
