My Er visit was horrible nurses are lazy uncaring. I was admitted
I definitely understand all the people that rate this hospital one star It is bad
If you’re thinking about coming here just turn around because you will be satisfied for a while but after you get kicked in the butt The people that work here are so heartless
Staff was great very nice and polite anita,maricela, and Tina nurse were awesome I had surgery today believe me I was really scare and on lots of pain but the staff make me feel comfortable doctor Ong is awesome too If i could rated u guys 6 stars I would thank you for all the caring
My mother is going to be 80 years old. The doctor was in a rush told her she had liver problems and to go see her specialist so he could fix it. Didn’t want to wait so she could call one of her children on the cell phone. The liver is a serious organ. I called the nurses stations and the nurse asked if she could finish her breakfast and then she’ll call me. What kind of service is this? 🙈
Went to visit my cousin yesterday at this hospital. She had to go to the restroom & we tried 3 TIMES!!! to contact the nurses station since my cousin was hooked with IV's. We were told after going to the nurses station that the intercom systems were not working. What kind of hospital is this! Never heard of ANY hospital not repairing this or being more responsive regarding this. This could be very dangerous for the patients.
It makes me so upset that they could treat other people's loved ones with such disrespect and insensitivity I Thank god my family member is not there anymore but i feel for the ones who are Some one needs to check them out
