I had bad experience yesterday.... I have been a patient at Seton Medical Center for nearly 16 years.... Never ever had such TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! But after speaking to the Patient Relations director Tavion, I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! He WAS AWESOME! Listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions.... I feel hopeful again about being a patient at Seton.... Thanks so much Tavion, you ROCK!!

Don’t take your children here ..... even if they have ADHD or any disabilities.. apparently some of the nurses think they can’t critique on how a single mother or parents in general should take of there children who are already sick with a fever and fussy.. saying “oh you’re a bad mom and don’t know how to control you’re child “ and I responded “excuse me ma’am he has ADHD” Yeah . So parents if you love you’re babies don’t take you’re children here go to PIH there great .

2017年 11月11日 14点36分 我儿一诺在这里出生，韩鹏飞医生和这里的护士们专业和亲切的帮助，使我的妻子和孩子能够安全、健康的度过三天，真心感谢大家！然后英语不好的话不用担心，这里有很多护士会中文和韩语。 2017년 11월11일 14시36분 우리 아들 여기서 태어났습니다. 한펑페이 의사님 하고 간호원들의 전문성 및 친절하게 도와주셔서 3일 동안에 우리 아들하고 아내를 안전하고 건강하게 지냈습니다. 진심으로 감사합니다. 또 영어를 못해도 걱정하지 말고 중국어와 한국어를 할 줄 아는 간호원이 있습니다.
