Great service took their time with my daughters made them feel better.
Why do I have to keep doing the nurse job? I called the nurse for help With my daughter it was 20 minutes and she never apear, then when I told her that my daughter need to be cleaned she came with bad attitude and showing me how do I have to do it. Why if a nurse doesn't want to make her job is working at the hospital? I had the clean my daughter 3 times without any help, It was in the 10 floor, room 1005. 11:20 pm was the last time

This Hospital is greet. The care I got. The help from the team in admittance was the best.
Go somewhere else if you want adequate care. They are careless. Especially is you are a geriatric patient. The docs don't give a damn. The nurses are careless. Save your loved ones while you can.
My Mother 95 years young arrived by ambulance and was seen by Dr. Johnson in a timely manner and admitted. Very pleased with nurses and staff (her words). Might also add I was admitted in Oct. 2013 (serious stroke) and well taken care of

Front desk night staff could be more compassionate! Brought my husband in and he was in severe pain. Made him wait for 20 minutes in the waiting room sweating couldn't sit or stand. I had to keep asking how much longer till someone could check him. She was rude and the other one just sat there as if I was bothering her. ER has been under construction for over a year and blood stains all over the floor covering that can't even be cleaned!! Bathroom smells of Urine. The staff is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. But the sharing a room with others is very inconvenient. Everything else was awesome.
