So sorry that you chose not to rectify your error in directing Alan and Destin Pettycord to take their vehicle to the wrong place for warranty work. Due to your instructions, they ended up having to pay for over $400 for repairs that were covered under the power train warranty and not the extended warranty. Shame on you for not stepping up to the plate and paying for this error! Please revisit your decision for all of us.
