I love living here but they REALLY need to get their sidewalks shoveled! It is a big mess!
Worst apartment managers I have ever worked with! To top it off, the parking is shit, they put say they put you on a waiting list and years later you ask about it to find out there never was a waiting list! Takes forever for them to salt and plow the side walks! I fell countless times walking to my car. They maybe clean the salty hallways 2x a month! Our building was always dirty, you rarely saw a cleaning person!
Me and my husband had moved into the 10572 building approximately January 2013. Overall they are nice apartments. The layout by far was one of the best apartments I have lived in. We had a two bed and two full bath, one of which was connected to the master bedroom through a closet which was really cool. I really don't have any complaints regarding our actual living space. Office personnel are so friendly and helpful. I feel like I have known them for years. Very safe environment. I appreciate the website, where you can log in your maintenance requests. Super!! Love the spacious underground parking and very spacious lockers. Since I moved in during Fall, looking forward to spring and summer, walking to Whitnall park from apartment. I look forward coming "home". Excellent experience :-)
