If I could give zero stars I would. My husband ordered flowers from them in December, 2017 and for Valentine's Day on yesterday, 2/14/18. He requested they be delivered to my job, which is literally in the building next door to Whitleys. I could throw a rock from my building to theirs. Neither of the arrangements made it to my job before closing at 4pm. I understand they are busy, particularly on Valentines, but they could have walked them over in < 2 minutes for delivery. I am so grateful. I placed an order for my partner in an effort to lift her spirits as she faces a challenging time. I ordered on Sunday night for delivery Monday am. My partner was overjoyed when she received the "Plants and Sunshine" plant. She described it as perfect and it absolutely was. I live 5 hours away and had ordered an arrangement for a family member who just had a baby. I referenced two arrangements from Whitley's website and spoke in detail about the arrangement with a female staff member. Specifically noting that I did not want gerber daisies, as she suggested, but preferred roses. I was clear that I wanted to spend no more than $100 total. My husband is overseas and sent me flowers for my birthday. I received a mess in a vase :( literally . A few crusty carnations , sunflowers missing their petals , and dried up leaves ... I mean if my son picked these for me it would be one thing .. but he didn't .. so needless to say I will be calling them tomorrow .
Our aunt and uncle called from Ohio to order flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law. When they were delivered they looked ok, but about 75% of the flowers had died by the next day.
It is by far the best florist in the Jackson metro areas. Very courteous service and guaranteed to handle your order with the utmost professionalism.
