Great selection and very professional. Everyone is very nice.
I ordered an arrangement for my DIL for the birth of our granddaughter. The arrangement I ordered was approx $65, plus the balloon & plus the goodie basket, cost me $104. The arrangement they delivered was listed on their website for approx $40 & looked nothing like what I ordered. I wouldn’t have had a problem with a substitution if they had substituted a comparable arrangement. I got screwed & it wasn’t good for me. Will never order anything from them again.

I ordered this basket from Whitley’s and got this basket. It was for a person who does not eat candy. That’s why I got the fruit basket. Called the flower shop and was told they could do substitutions if certain fruits or not available. Nowhere on this page does it say this. And wouldn’t you think that they would substitute it with fruit. No cheese no crackers nothing that it shows in the picture except for a couple scraggly bananas and apples. RecommendedI live in Central Minnesota and I found this florist in an online search as I wanted to send something to my brother in Jackson, Mississippi. The plant and fresh flowers are beautiful and they did a wonderful job with a same-day delivery. I highly recommend this florist!
