Hanuar Fernandez at White Water was great to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable and his installation team did a great job. We are pleased with their work and the shower works great. Very reasonable pricewise--under $4K. We saved thousands compared to Bathfitter who wanted $13K+.
Beautiful work! Everyone that I dealt with from the salesman that gave me the bid to the installers were professional and courteous. My shower turned out beautiful and the price was better than competitors. Very pleased!
Drew is the best in the business! He is a true craftsman. He was so knowledgeable and helped me decide what would work best in my space. He went above and beyond to ensure my installation was exactly what I wanted. It went from a squeaky floor and pre-fab drab to a sleek, squeak-free subway dream! I had such a pleasant experience that I'll be using Whitewater for my next bathroom remodel.
Not happy with Whitewater all. We've been very patient with the poor process at Whitewater. They fired the guy that installed our job. Then they charged us for extra items they did not discuss with us. Their installer did a terrible job and was a jerk. Luckily Drew was nice. This place has gone down the drain. Christi was sarcastic when I called to remedy the problem with billing. Classy..... We'll see if they make an effort to make this right.
