Whitewater Cultured Marble showers Overall Rating 5/10 I’ve been living with the product for 2 weeks, and here is my honest review Master Bath. 9.5 /10 Pros: Easy to clean, looks nice and isn’t cold like stone would be. Warning Scheduling is a nightmare: Well it has been over a month since we met with our salesperson and finalized our order. The product seems nice but I still am waiting installation, and buyer beware if they make a mistake you end up suffering. First mistake: the installer bypassed a state-wide mandatory pan inspection. This meant having them come back and remove the floor to have the inspection done. I am still waiting for them to get me back in the schedule to put the floor back in. I highly recommend working with Whitewater Kitchen and Bath. They were so friendly and easy to work with. They were always on time- day and hour. I love the look, quality and thickness of their quartz.. I cannot believe how incredible these guys have been for us. The quality of their product is top rate, but I am amazed at their customer service. They worked with our schedule. They went out of their way to find a way to make our sink work with the space we had and found different ways to do the mount. We had a problem with how some of the natural shades and colors worked out, and they redid a bunch of it just to make sure we were happy.
