Service department is a joke. I dropped my pickup off on Monday July 15, 2019 with an appointment on Tuesday the 16th to have the abs sensors, fuel pump replaced as well as an oil change mind you I had the appointment scheduled for a month when I took it in to find out what it needed. We’ve needed a new vehicle for some time and had finally found something that fit our criteria. Unsure of whether or not we’d qualify for the loan, we went ahead and went to the dealership. I will never use the service department in gillette again. I'm tired of being treated like I'm dumb and dont know anything about cars. they need to work on thier customer service. I called several times for a supervisor left several messages and no one returned my call. I had to keep calling until one was available to talk. that is not how this situation should of been handled specially since they are the ones who screwed up my jeep!!
Easiest car purchasing experience ever! Did most of the talking via text message. AND they delivered my car to me. We will shop here again.
