Thaine and Mitch Wilkins took care of us on our truck deal yesterday. We had tried to deal with 3 other dealerships to get into a new Ram 3500 and got the run around for a couple weeks. Thaine beat his competitors in all aspects and we switched our trade-in and were in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. Their technician didn't fasten sway bar on my front right wheel. I drove to firestone in Sheridan and they found loose bar when they installed ball joints. I was traveling home with 4 of my grandchildren from vacation and was still 900 miles from home. White's told me I should make it home okay, but to have someone look at it. If I hadn't driven so slow to get to the Sheridan Firestone, my family could have been injured or killed when my tire came off doing the 80 mph speed limit.
