RecommendedI traveled from Casper, Wy to White's because they had the car I'd been looking for, for 6 months. Brad was very pleasant and not at all pushy (that got him bonus points). Whites went above and beyond by changing the oil and filling the tank! It was a great experience and if I ever need another vehicle I will go back!
Got a message claiming I won some stuff. Went to go claim my prizes (20 miles btw) and talk to someone about getting a car. I got treated like a child and was given nothing like I was supposed to get. You guys are full of crap and I'll never come back. I had $1000 waiting to put down on a car too (even a used car would've been better then what that a-hole salesmen offered me, nothing). NEVER SEND ME MAILERS OR CALL ME AGAIN.
We are from Montrose Colorado. We just leased a 2017 Explorer from our Ford dealer. We had a tire sensor problem show up as we drove to South Dakota. When we arrived in Spearfish we stopped by the dealership. They were so kind to check and reset it then they went out of their way and drove the car through their car wash.
