I rated White's Canyon as one of my top two ford dealers in this country until my most recent visit. I held off some extra work until I got here because of my previous visits and satisfaction with their work and professionalism. This trip I paid $40 to have my tires rotated. It's really a simple test to see if they know what they are doing. Tire pressure on an F350 is different between the front an back so when you rotate the tires, you need to change the pressures. The service was horrible. They did not even want to work with my husband on dealing on a truck. We went to try out a vehicle and whatnot we got back to the lot the salesman would not be there he would disappear. We will not be going back.
I slid into a curb on ice in Rapid City in November. For reasons I will not go into here, the dealership I first took my car to did not find the lingering problem until I had returned it 3 times. They then couldn’t/wouldn’t accommodate my schedule for the repairs. In desperation, I contacted Marc at White’s Canyon Motors. Worst Ford Service. They would not even look at our vehicle in a timely manner. We had to get our vehicle towed to another service center. Stay away!
