My step son Derek was after a nice pre-owned pickup. We found what he was looking for at White’s Canyon Ford. I had Derek call and do the legwork on possibly purchasing this vehicle. He talked to Mitch Johnson who was exceptional to work with. A better salesman I haven’t found in years.
Mitch Johnson went out of his way to find the perfect truck for our needs. He communicated well, was respectful of our financial boundaries, searched for the truck we wanted, and he and his team stayed late with us to finalize everything. Courteous, professional, timely, from the front desk, mechanic, boss, cashier and shuttle driver, I had a very enjoyable experience. Totally stress free and actually fun! My 2007 MKX had been Recalled for a Airbag issue, which worried me about having to pay something, there was totally no charge, it took as long as they said and the shuttle driver was at my door before I knew it! #Goteam!

Bought a used vehicle that they agreed to make a repair on. Yes, they did the repair and we drove it home. Found out the repair didn’t completely resolve the first issue. No problem, bring it back and they’ll take a look. Yes, they made the second repair at no cost to us as well as they gave us a loaner car to drive. Could not ask for better customer service. Great experience.
