Rude woman in the office and after paying a couple hundred dollars to have our main drain cleaned out, 5 days later it was stopped up again but was told that we'd have to pay it all again because the clog could be our fault and not because they didn't get it all. After consulting other plumbing companies, we were told that after that short amount of time it should have been checked out at no charge to see what was really wrong with the main drain. Observed a leak under kitchen sink. Called and got an appointment for Monday. The plumber, Justin, called 30 minutes later asking to come today. Justin found that the pipe was run incorrectly. He got right to work and fixed the problem
Came home to a flooded basement. Keep in mind my basement is finished. Knew immediately my sewage pump had failed. It was close to 4:00. Called Whitehead Hancock and explained the situation and she told me that she would try to get someone to my house as soon as possible. Called Brock McVey to get a pump and they had one in stock. Got it at 4:20 as they were locking their doors. The plumbers were waiting when I got home and they changed out the pump quickly and the water started pumping out.
