We use Hancock every year for our radiators. In the past 2 weeks they have put in a toilet and fixed our sink. They are always super polite and both times they have worn a mask. Having a newborn and a toddler at home that means the world to me.

Megan and Heather, who took many of my calls, were kind, patient and courteous; always willing to help me with my problems and work on getting service out to help. I couldn't have been happier with the work, consideration and professionalism provided by the staff at Whitehead-Hancock and would recommend them to anyone!
We originally had an installation contract with Lowe's for a gas water heater. After 4 days of waiting for the install, the day of, my husband and I were told that the contractor wouldn't be able to reach us for another 3 days. My husband then made the choice to call Whitehead-Hancock to see if they could possibly get us taken care off. Within a couple of hours they were here and installing our new water heater.
