Joe is a gem see what I did there!? But really he goes above and beyond. I came to him after my wedding ring was irreparably damaged and I had to file an insurance claim. He did everything he could within the confines of insurance to get me improvements in symmetry and clarity and a better cut that was even slightly bigger than my old. I couldn’t be happier with my new ring!! It’s beautiful. The process was easy and Joe was a joy to work with. He’s incredibly organized and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Joseph and his team were out outstanding on my rings. I needed to resize my wedding band and they did a great job on it. I also upgraded my eternity band since my couldn't resize my original one. I would recommend his business for getting anything done or just getting a new ring. Joseph is very kind and very helpful.
