It is impossible to make appointments via the phone. The phone never gets answered. On the rare occasion it does get answered it is an automated call telling you all reps are helping others. Then you are asked to leave a message and they will return your call. I have never received a returned call. I had to go in person to make an appointment. Love my doctor but hate the front desk staff. They need to take a course in 101 office and scheduling management. A nurse should also field the calls if the patient needs immediate car... read more
As a military spouse, I make it a point to always ask for WWMC referrals. I get to work with this team of great doctors everyday and know that they put patient's first. I have received excellent care from Dr. Aubrey, Dr. Van, Nurse Practitioner Gregg Graham and the MRI department. I know my family is in good hands.
This is actual letter I received in the mail 3 weeks after my granddaughter 24 year old dad had passed from boating accident. Btw I called the hospital to offer his insurance and they wouldn't take any information from me because I wasn't biological family. I only took him to get his driver license and took him to open his first checking account. I did my best to guide him and loved him. This is absolutely absurd this letter. He was in the ER for maybe 6 hours. The bill is 97,501.00. Are you serious???? So disgusting!

WARNING!! Don't go to this place! Ripp off billing department!! Not only do they steal your money.. Then they threaten you and say you can't see your doctor until its paid. There turn over at the front desk are crazy and customer service is a joke! I find it funny that a couple of months ago their web Site had extreamly bad reviews and today they're all glowing reports. Dr. Rigby and Ms. Marie, his assistant, are absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I have been so blessed to have Dr. Rigby as our pediatrician over the years. He is so knowledgeable and I have so much trust in the care he provides to my boys. I just love going to White Wilson....I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone is. My 2 boys are 11 and 8...my youngest has been going since he was born and my 11 year old has been going since he was about 2 or 3. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here!
