My daughter recently had heart surgery here. She is having chest pain and difficulty breathing so her dr told her to come to the ER here. 2 hours later she is still sitting in a chair. Aren’t heart patients triaged first? I don’t see any ambulances unloading patients. This is ridiculous I hope she doesn’t code while waiting for a room!!!! I am sitting here waiting for some information!!!!

After my first and last visit to this facility, I would recommend you go somewhere else. The front staff are not only rude but incompetent at best. The medical care was mediocre with no follow up. Strictly a band aid operation. This occurred January 2, 2019. Immediate care needs to be scrutinized by someone with authority and care for its future clientele!

RecommendedWe didn’t know about White-Wilson in this area. Medical clinics and hospitals seem to be Sacred Heart and Baptist...White/Wilson is a welcomed change in their way of doing exams and having the patient immediately see their doctor. Sounds simple...but trust me, in NW FL care centers, it isn’t always the case!

The 3 times we have gone to this place they take absolutely forever!! And act like they don’t notice that We have been sitting in the waiting area for an hour! I ask and the response I get all the time is that the dr is slow. Funny because when we r seen by him it’s alway fast! After my son gets these shot we will be finding another pediatrician!
