I was misinformed about walk in appointment on Saturdays, they told me I have to wait until 930 but Kaitlyn really made it happen so that my daughter was seen right away and taking care of for the doctor was even supposed to be here we were already being seen
Several people who are commenting, obviously have White Wilson confused with the hospital. Having all my records in one place is a big advantage to seeing doctors at White Wilson. My first visit was in 1982 and I haven’t found any bad doctors, nor have I ever been mistreated. You’re doing great.
I almost gave them 5 stars. I would have except that my wait was two hours. All the staff was super, the receptionist, the nurse who took my vitals, the PA who gave me my sentence, Strep throat. Maybe the name "Immediate Care" should be changed to Pretty Quick Care. I will be happy to go back if the need arises.
The worst hospital. TheY now have registration kiosks where once you register there, you sit until a lady behind the desk asks you your name and dob in a drill Sargeant manner and give you a bracelet. You then wait and take a seat for hours! There is no way to contact by phone certain departments. Avoid unless you are absolutely dying
Took us over 3 hours to see a PA, kind of slow, but it was busy.
Doctors great, staff does not have the ability to successfully fax anything to anyone. Double confirmed with office that lab orders faxed to lab. Showed up 30 minutes early for lab. Lab informs me they have no orders for me. Not the first text for fax failure. Cannot speak to a.human in Drs' office. . Tooke out from an important test event for my job for this. Am reevaluating whether worth staying with WW.
