Dr Chaney, Pulmonology, and his staff are awesome! They always treat me with respect and kindness. I’ve been going to him for years and wouldn’t switch doctors for anything. Also PA Bisson is the best! She’s been treating me and my daughters for years. She never looks at her charts to refresh herself on who we are. She knows us and treats us like friends. We love her!
Other than the professional and knowledgeable ladies up front, the nursing staff and doctor were as unprofessional and rude as I have ever experienced. The doctor basically said I was defrauding the government. These people do notstand up for the patient's interests.
Dr. Rigby is my daughter's doctor he's the best hate seeing any other doctor besides him he seen me when I was a small child I'm now 30 years old and now my daughter is going to him his PA that he has is also very good his nurse is beyond words she's exceptional love them all the only place I will take my daughter thanks for everything y'all do for taking care of my baby girl God bless you all
I have always had issues getting through on their phone line, but this week has been horrible. I have spent over 53 minutes waiting to leave messages that are never returned. I was cut off 4 times without the ability to leave a message. I have left 5 messages that were not returned. I just need Dr. Smith to call in an antibiotic for my daughters ears because the perscription antibiotic drops ($235 of wasted money - $65 copay) do not work worth a hoot. Time to find a new pediatrician.
