Worst people on earth. Couldn’t diagnose a splinter. Went in for my daughters physical and shot records, the lady looked them up but would not print them said a nurse had to do it later that evening and I would get them tomorrow. She could literally see them and just had to click print, but “It’s not her job.”

White-Wilson's billing system is utterly broken. Their billing department is only open 9-4, Monday-Friday. There is no way to pay a bill other than to show up in person during business hours. They advertise having an online patient portal where you can pay, but you have to get someone from the billing department to set it up. In other words, if you have a job, you have to take vacation just to pay a bill. No other business in this day and age could get away with such an antiquated system.

RecommendedDr. Rigby was my pediatrician... from there through the FWB Chamber I've had the pleasure and privilege of knowing and on occasion working with their staff and observing how White Wilson has been and always will be a continuously amazing and encouraging product of their collective character!

RecommendedWhite Wilson in blue water is great the doctors are amazing they listen to the patients and they care deeply about them so does the nurses! the immediate care crew is awesome as well! The front staff is very caring kind and they make you feel comfortable and welcome!!!! Also a big shout out to the office manager Laura for an awesome team that works hard and plays harder !!! Wwmc bwb is awesome and I tell everyone about bwb folks !!!
