I have been completely happy with Dr. Shelton. My son had to see him at 3-4 days old to check his bilirubin levels and has been taken care of him every step of the way!
Horrible care, in the process of switching. The front desk are rude and the Dr's run about 45 minutes behind schedule for newborn checks. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Came to White Wilson immediate care to get my son looked at. We got here around 2:30 and didn't get back there until after 4, which was their closing time and we were fine with the wait. Dr. Epply came in barely looked over him and then shoved the popsicle stick so hard into his mouth to look at his throat that he cut the roof of his mouth. Definitely won't be coming back, now not only is my 19 month old sons throats still sore but now he has a sore on top to add to it. Each time I have seen my PCP, Susan McKenzie, I am more and more impressed. Not only is she competent and highly skilled, but also very like-able. She has the ability to interact with her patients, providing therapeutic communication. She is truly caring and empathetic. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.
