Took us over 3 hours to see a PA, kind of slow, but it was busy.
Doctors great, staff does not have the ability to successfully fax anything to anyone. Double confirmed with office that lab orders faxed to lab. Showed up 30 minutes early for lab. Lab informs me they have no orders for me. Not the first text for fax failure. Cannot speak to a.human in Drs' office. . Tooke out from an important test event for my job for this. Am reevaluating whether worth staying with WW.

Dr Chaney, Pulmonology, and his staff are awesome! They always treat me with respect and kindness. I’ve been going to him for years and wouldn’t switch doctors for anything. Also PA Bisson is the best! She’s been treating me and my daughters for years. She never looks at her charts to refresh herself on who we are. She knows us and treats us like friends. We love her!
