Very poor felt like we were pushed out with no options. Called another doctor and got us in Immediately.
Doctor Shuka is a very caring and understanding doctor...I enjoy the professionalism he has and the way he listened to what I had to say ...
It is so handy having WW Imm Care in Navarre! Less than 5 miles from my house down 98. There is only 1 doctor at a time, so have to wait a while sometimes. But if we went to FWB, it would end up being longer both in drive and wait. So I'm happy they are here.
The immediate is Awesome. I've always been able to go after work because they're open till 7 and now with the weekend hours it's even better for me, especially Sunday's. Thank you White Wilson
I love dr Berger but they have taken him away and he is only in Navarre Monday and Wednesday's. Please bring him back full time.
I used to love coming here until the administration staff stopped letting me see the doctor of my choice... I mean it's my insurance and my $$$- don't I get a say in who I entrust with my health??? I took my hard earned American dollars to Sacred Heart instead and get to see whatever doctor I want! If the administration staff would have been more reasonable I still would be seeing my great doctor- but the hassle isn't worth it :(
Lynn and sue are so rude worst to work with people went in there for a routine dr Apointment never been there befor and will not go back poor customer service and worse hospitality did not feel comfortable and walked out
