I have always had issues getting through on their phone line, but this week has been horrible. I have spent over 53 minutes waiting to leave messages that are never returned. I was cut off 4 times without the ability to leave a message. I have left 5 messages that were not returned. I just need Dr. Smith to call in an antibiotic for my daughters ears because the perscription antibiotic drops ($235 of wasted money - $65 copay) do not work worth a hoot. Time to find a new pediatrician.
