Flush that Lush! – Be forewarned that if you mix up the date or forget an appointment, Lush will charge you full price unless you cancel 24 hours in advance. (I was never informed of this policy, orally or in writing.) This might be somewhat palatable if their staff called a day ahead with a reminder; but, as they so arrogantly told me (and I quote), ?you get a card with an appointment date on it, and we are too special to give you any additional reminders.? My stylist is gone! – I just got a call that Kylie is gone! She was my fourth stylist there, but I loved her! She did a great job with my cut and color!! Does anyone know where she went????

We attempt to exceed the expectations of everyone we see. We apologize when that does not happen and do our best to make-it-up to any guest whose needs are not met. Our cancellation policy is the same as most salons in Indianapolis. Due to the overwhelming demand for Lush services, with many guests awaiting an appointment due to cancellations, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Spectacular Experience/ Thank you Danita! – I went in to Lush last weekend to try something new with my hair. If only you could see a before and after picture! Spectacular results! I have strangers asking who does my hair. I could not have asked for better results. My hair was over bleached from the last salon I used, so Danita color corrected it and than used a 3 step damage control system by Euphora! That is a MIRACLE PRODUCT! Best Kept Secret In Indy! – I love this salon! Everytime I go in, they make me feel like I'm their favorte client. (I have a feeling all their clients feel the same way!) The atmoshere is fun and professional, the stylists cute and friendly, and the parking is plentiful. The inside of the salon is very upscale, yet warm and comfortable. What's not to like??? Great haircuts – I have had my hair cut here more than once and have been happy with it every time. They are professional and are excellent at translating your haircut request into a cut that is appropriate for your particular hair texture. They are creative and are excellent at making creative suggestions. They are into haircuts not "hairdos," so if you are looking for someone to tease and back comb your hair, this is not the place. I highly recommend this salon.
You have a lifetime client. – An all around great place to relax and get "BEA-utiful". The ladies are great and treat everyone with the same amount of respect and give everyone equally wonderful treatment. Jessica does my hair and she is a girl full of life and her talent is amazing. Perfection! – Danita is the best stylist and she has managed to create a salon that is beautiful, tranquil, and luxurious. I look forward to every visit, not just to walk out with beautiful hair, but to have a few hours of pure pampering and relaxation. I have gone to Danita for years and she never fails to impress me with the new techniques and services she offers. Indy is lucky to have her!

Best salon in town-ask for Amanda – Lush is my new favorite salon. I have come to expect high quality, great customer service, and professionalism and Lush has lived up to that reputation. The staff, stylists, and even the salon itself carried a perfect blend of classy yet cozy. My stylist, Amanda Piper, was incredibly nice, impressively knowledgeable, and completely open to hearing what I wanted in a hair cut.
