They did not deliver the gift certificate we purchased in October, claiming they were closed for the season. WTF????? It's an online order before Christmas. They were happy to take our money but had no intention of delivering the product. We want our money back@@@

Great experience with White Rock Paddle Co! Friendly staff, reasonably priced equipment and all around a great setting. Check the forecast before going because the wind makes it hard to get anywhere (especially for first timers). Will be back.
Showed up on a Saturday, Google says they're open, drove right to the address, and no one was there. Called and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Thanks!
