The driver bringing the trailer to White Rock Lake this morning deliberately ran me off the road while I was riding my bicycle on the street just in front of his usual set-up spot on the lake. He definitely saw me, as he changed lanes to go around me. Then before he finished passing me, he changed back into my lane, forcing me off the road. He then made an abrupt right turn into a parking lot, and I nearly ran into his trailer. When I approached him about it he said that I should have been on the sidewalk instead of the road... read more
They just screwed up my reservation for the second time and acted like jerks when I complained and requested compensation. I am never returning to this place and will do my best to promote any other kayak company I can find that deserves it. You just lost a consistent customer that loved you guys. Thanks for ruining that for me!
