Last fall I had a crown done and was so nervous about it. I had never had so much anxiety over dental work before. Dr. Lutz and his assistant were very helpful in calming me down prior to the procedure. Throughout the procedure he talked with me and made me comfortable. I have been going to White Rock Dental for about 7 years now and have been thoroughly impressed. I've had two hygienists which have both been phenomenal. Dr. Lutz is thorough and ahead of all my dental needs. I highly recommend White Rock Dental to anyone looking for dental care in the East Dallas area.
Worst experience at the dentist ever. Came in to have an extraction. Instead he tried to take two teeth. When I told him I only wanted the one done, I got yelled at and told to leave. The doctor then shoved me in the back all the way to the reception door yelling expletives about how I don’t get to tell him what to do. I have a spine disorder which he knew of. And he still kept shoving me right in my back all the way. I’d never go back to this psycho.
I can't recommend this dental practice enough. I was looking for something close to home and hoped this was a good place. It's not good, it's wonderful! Dr. Lutz and his entire staff are professional, kind, respectful, and friendly--and it's a genuine friendliness! I've recommended Dr. Lutz to my family, and my husband will go as soon as his schedule allows. They have exceeded my expectations!
