I live next to a property they own, I have repeatedly reported their tenets letting dogs defecate in my yard and they have done nothing about it. When I’ve called to talk to someone the front desk receptionist is rude and unhelpful. This place is a joke.

I find it difficult to comprehend how a business can operate with such a lack of professionalism and integrity. They impose unreasonable charges, fail to address a leak under the sink for almost a year, and provide inspection notices via email with less than 25 hours' notice. Furthermore, they monitor whether the email has been opened and proceed regardless of whether the recipient is aware of the notice. Below is an amended review after being threatened to be evicted for leaving a negative review after stagnet and un accepable repair times. Now that i am no longer under their thumb im reverting my review to 1 star. Terrible slum lords of a company. I had made a hasty review of this company.
