Slum lords. Extremely rude and disrespectful. You have to threaten litigation to finally get them to fix water pouring out of a light, light flickering ceiling coming down. All they did was take the light down and left the wires and drywall hanging. This was a year later of maintenance requests. 3 weeks to get deposit processed lmao. Dealt with this so called Property Management Company back in 2017 when girlfriend was renting a 3 bedroom unit at a Apt building in Lewiston. Had a water heater go out. It took 4 days of phone calls and waiting to get a repair person to come and put new elements in it to once again have hot water. Back porch just off of the kitchen slider had some rotten boards that were curled up to trip on, and weak enough that a foot could go through them accidently and injure ones self. Slum lord of Lewiston. Rented a run down apartment from them for 3 of the most miserable years of my life. Bad customer service the whole way through. After moving out they’re 3 weeks late on my deposit return and still counting, still haven’t paid me my money back yet. Imagine if I was late on rent by 3 weeks…not to mention bogus charges for things that were there when I moved in, I imagine they added to fixed that dump up at my expense. Extremely unhelpful and curt in all email interactions, they have virtually no pictures of their listings, and to tour their listings you have to apply first and pay them $40.
