Unprofessional
Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent $120 on applications only to be told afterwards that the apartment was rented. They could’ve said that during any of the phone calls had, but neglected to. Very short and rude as well, avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service. Spent $120 in application fees just to be told place was rented that morning after being told it was still available. Feel like I was scammed. Would not trust them
