I find it difficult to comprehend how a business can operate with such a lack of professionalism and integrity. They impose unreasonable charges, fail to address a leak under the sink for almost a year, and provide inspection notices via email with less than 25 hours' notice. Furthermore, they monitor whether the email has been opened and proceed regardless of whether the recipient is aware of the notice. Below is an amended review after being threatened to be evicted for leaving a negative review after stagnet and un accepable repair times. Slum lords. Extremely rude and disrespectful. You have to threaten litigation to finally get them to fix water pouring out of a light, light flickering ceiling coming down. All they did was take the light down and left the wires and drywall hanging. This was a year later of maintenance requests. 3 weeks to get deposit processed lmao. They tried to charge more for move out inspection then what is stated on lease. These are a couple things on a long list of issues.
