I came to see Dr Matthew Zeppieri For an emergency situation for my appointment which was scheduled for 11:45 I arrived 11:55 was told there is a grace period of 10-15 min and I was told I could not be seen because he has back to back appointments and his 12 and 12:30 is already there. So basically he does not follow the facility he works for rules and now I have to suffer. I literally drove 2 and a half hours to make my appointment and was turned away for being ten minutes late. I used to love this place and the staff. The office has ( or should I say HAD) 3 new patients due to my recommendations. Now we are all left finding another doctor elsewhere since we were never informed of Dr. Gottfried's retirement. It is 2024, there are soo many channels of communications that a practice such as this one can inform their patients of such a departure. And the customer rep on the phone tries to tell me it is at the discretion of the doctor to inform their patients. Absolutely not! The PRACTICE is responsible... read more

Every time I see Dr. Kezia Sam, I come away with a smile. She takes her time and covers all the bases. I was also helped by a wonderful nurse called Candice, who went above and beyond. Much appreciated!
