LOVE Danielle who does my facials! Ive always had good services here as well. The Skinscript products are amazing. I am completely obsessed and the pricing is even better. I pay $49 a month for a membership and I receive a service of my choice ranging from 1 hour Massage, Custom Facial, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and the list goes on and on.
Rachel (i think is her name) is the manager of this "fine" establishment. After talking about how awful my hair turned out she only offered me to come in and fix it again (this would be the THIRD time). I am horrified by my hair and would not wish this upon anyone. I am not satisfied with their company or their employees. I was lied to by their front desk girl. I had asked if Bumble and Bumble (their hair brands they sell) were cruelty free. I see Becca for my hair and Massage. She's great! I never know what I want to do with it. I let her have creative control over the color. She gets my style and personality. Whether I'm wearing my hair straight, wavey, braided, up do, or she creates a style for my mood that day. I actually am in a better mood than when I arrived. Waste of money, was in town for a baseball game and had time before hand to get my nails done so I went in had them done everything was fine. 2 weeks in they started breaking off so I had to remove them only to find fungus under my pinky nail. Never have I ever had fungus and they tried saying it was my fault for not getting fills. #1 they weren't even grown out yet, #2 I had to remove them because they broke off, #3 I have my regular salon I go to in tucson and even if I don't get fills I've never had fungus.
