Had an awful experience with Casey! I showed her a picture of myself with shoulder length hair and specifically said I wanted enough length to pull it back. She gave me a horrific mullet cut! I will not be going back or recommend to anyone. Also wrote them an email and messaged them about my experience and never received an answer. Awful customer service!

Been seeing Kelly at White Lotus Salon for quite some time. She's amazing. It's so hard to find a good stylist in AZ but Kelly is the real-thing. Without fail I'm always happy with my hair. The salon is under new ownership and it shows. The new owners are present, engaged and knowledgeable. I even got a free brow wax and the aesthetician was great! I look forward to many more services at this salon.

I had a baby 4 months ago and was feeling pretty blah. Rebecca cut my hair today and I feel like a new woman! She did an amazing job. She’s also done awesome cuts on my little girls too!
Rebecca is not only attentive and friendly, she truly listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you desire. I saw Gabrielle today for a color correction and it came out amazing! The entire staff was super friendly and accomadating. I will definitely be coming back when my hair needs it :)
