We had a few hiccups in the beginning (both them and us) but they were great about rescheduling and made everything right. The tech explained everything he was doing, what to expect and so on. Will definitely continue to use them.
So far, so great! I'm impressed with the responsiveness of customer service and everyone has followed up with my requests amazingly from day 1. We requested particular services to be done each visit, and the salesman (Dan) made notes about them on the contract. After agreeing to the contract, we got a copy emailed over to us... except i never received it. Dan made sure to follow up many times and sent it multiple ways until I got what I wanted in writing...THEN, for the next visit, I emailed with another request, got an answ... read more
