The telephone representatives at White Knight have the audacity to act as though they are doing me a favor by performing services at my home. I am paying the bill; I AM THE CUSTOMER! If the White Knight technicians had done their job right in the first place I would not have scorpions inside my home, but making me wait for days to come out to correct that problem is unacceptable. I am completely unsatisfied. First of all, the salesman was very misleading. Turns out that the service was not at all what I expected and understood. The service guys just send me a text and then show up. When I tried to cancel they just kept coming. I thought I was getting a one time service with a grantee..Not so. I have exchanged texts, phone calls and emails and they still insist that I am wrong... My next step will be to file a complaint and then spread the word on every source available so that others are not deceived... read more

Always get friendly technicians and service is always great. I would recommend to all.
Effective and efficient service. No more flies roaches or gnats. Fleas have gone away for the most part as well.
