Very friendly, punctual, and thorough. He knocked down some hornets nests, and explained everything that I had questions about. It's our first treatment so let's see how it goes but so far so good from the sales team at our door, to customer service who called to welcome us, to the technician who serviced our home.

Don't buy a Groupon from them. They will hassle you into upgrading and then won't work you in the schedule (unless you upgrade). Poor customer service, the lady even laughed when I said never mind I'd like to cancel. If you don't want to be on Groupon then take your company off of it! Don't hassle the customer around because they purchased from there, it's just rude.
