Do not fall for the sales pitch, it will get you to spray the exterior of the home so all the critters go inside your house and then charge even more to the spray inside of your home. They put in a worse scenario than you were at from the beginning. Also don't fall for the discount, they will charge you 400 dollars just to cancel the service, so avoid this company at all costs, they are only in it to make money.
