Wow. We are amazed to have found such a wonderful place. We walk along the bay area every day; enjoying the views, the birds, the sounds. The park is very clean, roads are smoothly paved, people waving hello and chatting. Family owned and occupied , unlike other parks. Very few amenities- no pool, no clubhouse, no gym- translates into low lot rents. The bay IS your amenity, a spectacular one. We already have both a friend and a family member thinking of moving here.
