Do not use this company!!! – I too wish I had read the reviews. This company was supposed to do a detailed clean, it was horrible. Nothing, was clean. Seriously, you think to yourself ... how could that be, something had to be clean, no, I repeat. It looked as if they used a sponge and water. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE – I wish I had read the reviews on this site and other review sites before hiring them to clean my house. The service was mediocre at best. They performed a "detailed" cleaning service but left dust in the corners, completely neglected to clean a ceiling fan and left a bathroom mirror virtually untouched. Moreover, they broke a fairly expensive item in my house and gave me a $20 gift certificate to replace it after accusing me of breaking it myself... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! – I also wish I had read these reviews prior to hiring this company to clean my house. These are the most unprofessional & rude people you'll ever deal with. Here is a list of things they left behind when they came to do the "Intial Detail Cleaning" at a cost of $120 - dust in every corner of rooms and every corner of countertops, hair on the bathroom floor, food crumbs on the sofa, stains on kitchen appliances, dirt on carpet etc. The list goes on. To a prospective customer, the rep will sound sweet and helpful - but BEWARE - the claws will come out if you question ANY of the work done in your home by their crew.
