Really enjoyed our service. The worked us in last minute and did a really thorough job. Thanks to my team & the Cust. Service lady (name?) who worked with us to fit us on very busy schedule! Sorry I did not write review earlier. Service was 8/6/12.

Worst. Cleaning Service. EVER – Take a look at the reviews there are 3, 5-star reviews all from one day. Clearly, the owners are trying to raise their own rating. This place has terrible customer service and communication. I too, reported them adversely to the BBB.

They can't even spell the work CLEAN correctly – I had called simply to enquire about a billing issue and she was immediatley defensive, without even taking the time to pull up my account and review what it was I was calling about in the first place. I had used them several times before without incident, but my one conflict with Frances was the first and final straw. I too, reported them adversely to the BBB. You can go elsewhere for good cleaning services without having to put up with a mood swinging middle aged lunatic.

steal money and lie alot very bad company no Customer servic – i cancel a week ago before they even comfirmed the deal for cleaning my house, they took 120 $ out of my account then i waited 2-3 days for a refund, that wasn't the problem i let it go then a week later they charge me 75 $ dollars automated out of my account they made my account overdrafted and didnt care , they told me the same crap you'll see your money in 2-3 days well then i was irate and then told them to give me my money or im calling the police i will nev... read more

White Gloves is WONDERFUL and SO PROFESSIONAL – USED THIS COMPANY FOR CLEANING BEFORE MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS BABY SHOWER. I WORK 40+ HRS A WEEK AND BRING WORK HOME. THE LAST THING I HAVE TIME FOR IS CLEANING. {ALTHOUGH NOT A PIG :-)} BUT, I NEED SOME HELP. I FEEL SO OVERWHELMED. WHITE GLOVES CAME IN AND DID EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND MORE! BEST MAID SERVICE I EVER HAD – BBB COMPANY, VERY IMPORTANT. THEY HAVE AN "A" WITH THE BBB HOUSTON! EXCELLENT. WE PAID FOR A DETAIL SERVICE. THE CREW WAS SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
