I paid for a key lime tree. They sent me a Mexican lime tree that I could have bought for half the cost at my local nursery. They did not respond to my email. I won’t buy from them again.
Their mail order goods are average at best and very expensive. Two years ago, I bought 100 daylilies, and fewer than 15 even emerged in the Spring. They honored their guarantee and replaced them and I replanted. Again, fewer than 15 emerged . Disappointed for sure. I had the same experience with their monarda and echinacea. Subpar plants arrived that didn't fare nearly as well as the ones I purchased at the local garden center at a fraction of the price.
