I bought 3 Astilboides and only one grew. They were expensive at $16.95 per bulb/root. I’m disappointed. White Flower Farm has always been excellent in the past. I was looking forward to having these in my garden! Amended this rating. They got back to me fast and all I have to do is call for credit since everything is guaranteed.

Made my annual trip to farm yesterday for my tomato plants. As always, it was a wonderful experience. The rain did not impact the wonderful staff. I may have over bought lol. Will be back in a couple weeks for some more plants. My favorite farm in Connecticut. Great staff, amazing product. Such a beautiful spot.
Not happy. I ordered 3 plants on May 10th. As of today May 17th I was told "probably" will go out next week by Ashley. My order 4693238 on the web says estimated ship date was the 16th. Ashley stated that they had a 1000 orders every day. Very unsatisfactory answer!! CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME BACK AND APOLOGIZED FOR REMARK AND MY PLANTS ARE BEING SHIPPED TODAY. ALL IS GOOD!
My order was placed 7 days ago, The item has not shipped yet. Do not expect fast service from this company!
I had an issue involving a duplicate order, but after talking with Michelle, it was taken care of immediately. I hope my plants are as nice as their customer service is.
What a wonderful place! So much to pick from and nice people to help too.
My first order with White Flower Farm was for 10 barre root fir and ic hostas. They were delivered at the perfect time for planting and the packaging was impeccable. The hostas were in excellent shape. The directions for planting were good but i had read that you should soak barre roots in room temperature water 45 minutes prior to planting, which i did. Within 10 days my hostas started to sprout and they are doing great!! I am super excited.
