It's the second time I visit this store in 1 week. On the second visit while business seems to slow. The loading crew took almost 25 minutes to pull out one bucket of top cast and 4 strips of expansion joint. And while the sales team huddled and laughed at their morning jokes without a care in the world. They pushed delivery out to another buyer that paid after me. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time here. The rudest, most unprofessional counter "help" I have ever experienced. I won't say dealt with, because I waited, and waited,...and waited. They walk back and forth, stapling papers and appearing busy, but NEVER even make eye contact. The only reason I went here is because their website showed they had what I needed. Well, I ended up going to ACE hardware, greeted politely at the door, shown to where the product was located and purchased. A wholey pleasant experience... read more
