Made a noise complaint about the neighbor above me. He blasts his music so loud everyday that the ceiling shakes and it wakes me up. I got a call back from the office telling me he has a noise complaint about me, saying he heard me yelling at the dogs in the morning for barking. He would only know I'm making the noise complaint if the office associates told him. This got handled in an unprofessional way and the neighbor is a jerk. There are many things wrong with living here. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
My friends live there with two little children that's not even three years old yet and it sickens me how there's a shooting two doors down from them I don't get it why would you want to raise your kids in that type of environment get the hell out of Dodge while you can it is the worst place to live and raise children
The property manager here is currently trying to have my daughters Emotional Support Dog taken away from her because he is an American Staffordshire Terrier. All service dogs, and support dogs are allowed and protected under the U.S. dog registry. This is not the first time that my child has been harassed by the leasing office at Neilan Park. There is a long history of bad work ethics and the way the certain employees in the rental office treat residents in this housing community. #StandupSpeakout
