Terrible location, terrible management, and overall, terrible tenants. I spent a year here and I had an infestation of spiders, went without heat for 3 days, people who live there with dogs - do NOT clean up after their dogs. It’s always an issue with underground parking cause too many people have more than one car and they’re using the underground as storage. THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE APARTMENTS
Made a noise complaint about the neighbor above me. He blasts his music so loud everyday that the ceiling shakes and it wakes me up. I got a call back from the office telling me he has a noise complaint about me, saying he heard me yelling at the dogs in the morning for barking. He would only know I'm making the noise complaint if the office associates told him. This got handled in an unprofessional way and the neighbor is a jerk. There are many things wrong with living here. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

Send you late rent statements then charge you a late fee. Theft was rampent in my building multiple cars broken into in garage including my own. Very loud neighbors and at times whole building would smell like weed. Drains always clogged up.Good luck getting your security deposit bunch of crooks will take it all n claim bogus charges.lived there 4years, just got worse n worse.dont send em a check cus they'll act like they never got it and charge you late fees....hope they all go to hell.
