I hope we can exceed your expectations if given another opportunity!
When we arrived, there were two workers at the front desk. We stood there for almost 10 minutes before we were helped. Our room was dirty. Our ice bucket was full of mold, as was the bathroom ceiling. There were dead bugs all over/around the AC unit. We stayed three nights and were never given enough towels for the four of us. Breakfast was not very good.
