The rooms were nice. The mattress was hard and the TV was too low for the beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just had my family reunion here. The room carpet was full of dog hair. There was hair in the shower BEFORE I used it. We were here for 2 days. House cleaning did not clean the room. When we called the front desk, they said they were understaffed. Writing this review at 9am in the room...and there is no hot water. The front desk said it's probably because everyone is using the showers now. Checked with my family, they also don't have hot water in their rooms. My cousin asked for a late check in. I was only here to attend a seminar, but the meeting facilities were excellent, and the food was great.
Absolutely one of the best in this area. Staff are very nice. Rooms are awesome and clean.
