I definitely recommend. Rachel was MORE than helpful on my tour. Extremely friendly and more than happy to go to all lengths for what you need. Made my experience perfect, that’s for sure! Very excited, as the apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. I really appreciate all that Rachel did for me and my mother on our tour with her!
RecommendedStaff is nice, maintenance is quick, floor plans are spacious, 3rd floor apt is remarkably efficient (furnace never kicks on), room for parking, snow is cleared within a day, very quick access to 21st, 29th, and 470.... so far so good!
I have lived at Whispering Pines since 2005. I really enjoy living here. The staff is great and take care of things right away.
I've lived at whispering pines for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The layout of the apartments are open and spacious! I knew it was the one. It's also in an excellent school district for my little one. I feel safe here and the staff are super personable and friendly, They also communicate well with residents and make sure to keep them informed about events etc. Would highly recommend to check them out if you're looking =)

It's very exciting to see all the changes being made at Whispering Pines. New roofs, siding repairs and the upgrades within the units. The staff is top notch and maintenance is second to none!
