We will NOT be renewing our lease! Sadly we are stuck here for a year! Very disappointed, WAYYY overpriced apartments, Called maintenance I think about three weeks ago about some issues that needed to be fixed, STILL has not come fixed the issues. One issue has not been fixed since we moved in, that was 3 months ago! Maintenance requests are currently experiencing a longer wait time due to us being required to close on 2 separate occasions for COVID quarantine. They are now working very diligently to catch and complete ALL of our work orders across the property! RecommendedBeen here since August. No complaint really about complex or management. But the residents above us should live on the ground level.
I have been in my place for 11 yrs now. When problems with apartment they are quick to respond. Yes every place has problems but this is my home here. Good place to live.

We met with Rachel Hoffmans and she was very welcoming and personable. She was very thorough with the application process and didn't leave out any details. She also made our children feel a part of the process and made it a great experience. Thank you!
I was welcomed with a wonderful big smile and a warming hand shake. Rachel Hoffman made me feel like it was home sweet home at the get go. She spent over a hour trying to help me figure some things out and a actually spent time to help my husband and I. I can see in her eyes she is a hard worker and has goals to help and meet Peoples needs. She did so for my family. Thank you so so so much Rachel you have. No idea what this apartment that’s home sweet home for us will mean to us. Huge hug from the cyber side! 😁

I have lived at Whispering Pines for almost 2 years and I have loved the apartment layout. it is very open and spacious. I have never had an issues with the wonderful ladies in the office. Paula and Sara have always been there when we needed anything and have done their best to try to get things done in a timely manner. Absolutely love the atmosphere the ladies in the office bring to the apartments. Love going to visit them they are very personable and you can tell they love their job!
